A Dance of Shadows Silver-blue moonlight enters through the balcony, permeating through rich curtains. Shadows dance between horseshoe arches, almost seeming to laugh at the man inside the chamber. And the shadow-man among them watches. The man inside the chamber drinks from a golden cup. The night is cool, and a light breeze makes the light curtains flutter, spectres of wind and moonshine. The man empties the cup and turns around. He observes the peculiar movement of the shadows, as they kick, shrink, jump, fly and fade. Fade and strengthen, and fade again. He shakes his head.A Dance of Shadows

A Strawberry for Mr. SmithMr. Smith got home from work just as the sun was starting to set. He opened the car door and stepped out; watching the red sky that accompanied the day’s dying sun.A Strawberry for Mr. Smith
“Red...” he said to himself. “ Just like my strawberries.”
Yes. Just like his strawberries. Lovely, sweet, red strawberries. He remembered the last one in the pack. The one that was due for sacrifice tonight, in the ceremony of his ascension from Superior of the Most Holy Order of the Strawberry to Lord of the Most Holy Order of the Strawberry.
Giddy with excitement, he hurried to his door and opened it, stepping inside his beautiful two-sto

Fiery Skies“Scramble, scramble!” A voice boomed over the communicator.” Scramble to all available aircraft, a flight of enemy bombers and escorts are approaching the base.”Fiery Skies
“Holy crap!” Lieutenant Axeric screamed out as he fell off his bed, startled by the desperate voice repeating orders over the communicators. He rose quickly, looking at the other pilots, already suiting up.
“Shit! Not another bombing. Don’t they get tired of this?!” he muttered to himself, picking up his black flight suit. He put on the suit and boots, grabbed his helmet, and followed the rest of the pilots. They ran to the hangar, a desperate ra

The ChaseI stop...Pant. I look at the stone floor beneath my feet. I break out into a run again. He can’t catch me, I can’t let him. I look forward: nothing but empty darkness. Yet the darkness was much more welcome than him. I tried to convince myself that I was too fast: that as long as I ran, he’d never catch me. That he’d never see anything but my back as I ran ahead, my feet hitting the cold stone ground. The Chase
But another part of me said that I couldn’t do it: no matter how much I could run, he would always catch up. That he was, faster, stronger. I just kept running. If I got lucky, the first part would be right and I’d find a way out. W

I'm taking a gap year, so it's pretty much 365 days of free time, for me to do pretty much anything I want. I'm working now, just to get some extra cash, but then I'm also dancing and that's cool, coz I'm trying to get into the Academy of Performing Arts. I'm travelling too, and plan to visit the US at the end of the year
